這家飲品店，由一名女士經營，女友稱她作阿姨，看來平平無奇，卻充滿了回憶，女友當年來台唸書，幾乎每天都會飲一杯阿姨的飲品，也建立起連繫，畢業以後，每次到北面來，都會抽空過來聚一聚舊，順便來飲精心製作的飲品！
This Taiwanese drink shop is operated by a lady and my girlfriend called her 阿姨. It was a memorable place for her. She drank 阿姨’s house-made tea almost every day when she was a student studying nearby. Every time she comes to northern Taiwan, she would spend some time to see 阿姨.
洛神花茶 (NT$30) Hibiscus Tea (TWD30)
看到眼前一杯濃得化不開的紅色茶湯，不禁會懷疑這是天然的嗎，是加了色素嗎？飲下去完全不帶苦味，反而清甜帶微酸，據悉高質素的洛神花茶本身已有來自甘草甜素的甜未，根本不用加糖，加糖反而無破壞原有的營養。
洛神花具清熱、解渴、止咳、降血壓之效，可治中暑、咳嗽、酒醉、高血壓，不難理解為何當年女友幾乎每天都來買一杯。
Hibiscus tea, made from dried parts of the hibiscus plant, is deep red in color. Instead of a bitter flavor, a cup of quality Hibiscus Tea comes with a sweet and tart flavor, similar to a cranberry. Naturally, it is a calorie and caffeine-free drink and maybe consumed hot or iced without sugar.
Recent studies claimed that hibiscus tea may have an effect on treating heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and soothe a sore throat.
青蛙撞奶 (NT$40) Frogs Knocking on the Milk(TWD40)
青蛙撞奶是另一款必飲的飲品，加入阿姨親自熬製的黑糖珍珠後，再冲入無溝水鮮奶，喝的時候就有不同的層次，除了底層的珍珠和面層的鮮奶外，也可喝到中間混和黑糖糖漿而變甜的鮮奶，再看看珍珠的量，一杯可以說是三杯香港奶茶店的量，飲完我已經飽肚。
You can see how many pearls inside the milk! Everyday 阿姨 made these fresh house-made brown sugar pearls without any additives, essences, or preservatives. Every bubble has fully absorbed the sweetness of brown sugar, and also the brown sugar will turn sticky and taste stronger and better. No matter you call it Frogs Knocking on the Milk or a brown sugar boba milk, this combination of sweetened milk tea with chewy brown sugar pearls is delightfully refreshing.
兩款飲品除了味道好，真材實料外，價錢更可謂平通街，在香港四十港元也未必買到的飲品，在冰果只是賣四十新台幣，大約十蚊港紙，一試難忘。難怪聚舊期間，也不斷有本地客駕着機車來買飲品！
